		<description>Extremely appropriate because, if I remember correctly, this is a statue to the Red Army in WW II, which pretends that they were reaching across the river helplessly while their brethren fought against the Germans during the Warsaw Uprising. In reality, Stalin had stalled the Red Army hoping the Germans would kill all the nationalistic Poles who were fighting to liberate Warsaw on the other side. You couldn&#039;t pick a better place to mock.</description>
