		<description>Uhh... this was made by Robert Wechsler, not Chris O&#039;Brien, and it was back in 2004. (This was at the Costco parking lot in Goleta, BTW). Wechsler studied Studio Art and Sculpture at UCSB; I believe this piece was created for a final project shortly before he graduated. (I don&#039;t follow Robert Wechsler&#039;s projects, I only happen to know this because I go to UCSB!)
