(This was at the Costco parking lot in Goleta, BTW). Wechsler studied Studio Art and Sculpture at UCSB; I believe this piece was created for a final project shortly before he graduated. (I don't follow Robert Wechsler's projects, I only happen to know this because I go to UCSB!)
