		<description>Despite this being hilarious he still deserves to be prosecuted.  He stole the barrels.  If the owner decides not to press them, so be it, but don&#039;t paint the police as the culprits here.  If they didn&#039;t make an example of the kid then a hundred more things like this would happen in the next week.

In the end, though, it&#039;s beneficial for all sides.  This guy possibly does community service(always good) and the owner gets publicity(although I&#039;m not sure that it matters to his particular position all that much, really.  Who doesn&#039;t know about these things already?).</description>

Even though the crime is destruction of property, the owners of said property should have authority over it, not the cops. If the property owners are fine with it, which they obviously are, the cops should have nothing to do with the matter, and should especially not jail the kid for it.</description>
