

We’ve seen street-side seat installation projects before, but this is a nice riff on the idea. When not in use, the seat is rotated upwards to act as a sign informing passerby of its potential use. Created by Ken Mori.

Amazing! But how much weight can it support?
Neat! It could be counter weighted so it goes in to sign mode automatically. It would be possible to arrange something with a so that when sat on it locks.

Does it have any underside support? Looks like it’d snap right off!
It definitely needs some support to let it support more than a kg or so.
