Michael Jackson Roof Prank

For Scene Diego’s latest mission, they got a crowd to pretend Michael Jackson was dining on a fancy rooftop restaurant. They write:

85 Agents showed up on a clear Saturday night in June. The mission? We started a dirty little rumor that Michael Jackson was having dinner on the rooftop of Stingaree in Downtown San Diego. We had no idea we would double the size of our group with this little fib. Our 85 agents turned into 150-200 screaming, chanting, and singing – Michael Jackson fans. We took over all four corners and the intersection. The restaurant manager came out and asked us to leave their sidewalk, neighbors came out of apartments, and people left their dinner tables to come join the excitement; waiting for MJ to make an appearance. The very confused wait staff watched in confusion from inside the front window.

Rocky Visits San Diego

Our friends at Scene Diego have posted their latest mission video.

They write:

41 Agents bring Rocky to San Diego. We dress up in gray sweats, run thru the mall, and across downtown showing true Rocky spirit. Mall security called for “backup”, we stopped a tour trolley in its tracks, and had a couple bystanders join in. While nobody was really sure who these loud, energetic people were, they cheered us on until the finish line.

Do Not Push

Scene Diego put a giant button in a park labeled “Do Not Push.” The planted agents began to dance whenever the button was pushed.

They write:

Agent Gallakanokuss dropped the box, and plugged it in to our planted audio cable. Agent Poohead was hiding on the other side of the bushes, controlling the audio with an iPod. As soon as a few unsuspecting people walked by and couldn’t resist the “button” they pressed it only to find out they were the “life of the party” or a “freakin’ rockstar” as the button called them. Our Agents promptly jumped up and danced all around them. As soon as the song was over, they sat back down like nothing had happened.
